Please Share - Daddy & Me Breakfast

 

Hello - 

Beginning on Saturday, 9/10, we will be coordinating Daddy & Me Breakfast at Henderson’s in downtown Hamilton at 7:30am to 8:30am for Dad’s with children infant to age 5.  Breakfasts will take place the second Saturday of each month and Henderson’s is offering us a 10% discount. Please share!

LAST CALL Discounted membership BJS WHOLESALE CLUB

 

 

 

The Bj's membership coord is coming in Tuesday morning to pick up all I have and close out this drive. Monday is a holiday.  Make sure if you want a membership you return to me by tomorrow.

If your membership expires before January please renew now. They add the 13 months onto your renewal date.

Parent trainings.

These look like great trainings so I am sharing. The pediatric office had a table at the baby fair. They said you do not have to be a patient of theirs to attend. All are welcome

2016 dates are September 30^th to October 10th

It's that time again!  I again have discounted tickets for the Fair.

The prices are $8 for admission and 10 RIDES for $24. (1 ticket =1 ride)

Regular admission is $11 weekday and $15 weekend so savings of up to $7!

(Children under 8 with an adult are FREE)

I’m also charging a $1 per order fee.  If you go to the fair or most other places for pre-sale they charge 1$ per ticket. (they are $9 each other places- so not charging this per ticket just once per order! )

Every year I end up being short for a myrid of reasons. Math, someone getting extra tickets, someone stating I didn’t give them the right amount etc. So this year I will use that money to cover anything like that. If there is money left over I will use it for some good at DCF. It’s not my goal to make money, but it’s a lot of work…. To lose money J

IMPORTANT: Deadline for tickets is September 26th. It's very difficult for me to run back and forth for last minute tickets. I am happy to take checks made payable to the  TOPSFIELD FAIR.  These checks won’t be cashed (or even brought to fair) until after Sept 28^th, so there is no reason to wait until the last minute!

Free children's items

The Too Cute To Toss event is this weekend and they are offering foster parents any un-sold items that you may need/want

They already have a place for the clothing. So that will not be available but all else will be!

 

You MUST sign up with me and I will meet you at the door at 5pm.  Our time frame is short- 5-6 and you must be able to come then!

 

Also we would need to make sure the items being taken will not be re-sold or used for profit in any way as our consigners trust in us to find appropriate donation sites.

DCF Youth Summit - Please read

 

 

Hello Everyone,

Attached is the flyer for this year's Youth Summit. It will be held on Thursday July 21^st from 9:00am-4:00pm at the Doubletree Hotel in Westboro.

This is open to foster youth 16+.  Not many people have RSVP'd, so if you haven't you can email me their name and age and I will register them. I also attached a sample of workshops youth can expect at the summit.

Outreach Workers can assist with transportation. Please let us know if you have an interested youth.
