On Tuesday the 3rd of April in the Salem DCF office from 9:30--11:30 we are presenting a training on Understanding Psychotrophic Medications. Our speaker is Dr. Tsappis who is from North Shore Medical Center, Salem and is a Pedratric Psychiatrist. Many fo parents have expressed an interest in having this training so, even thought it is a morning training, we hope that this training will be well attended.
On Tuesday the 17th of May in the Salem DCF office from 9:30--11:30 we are presenting a training on Taking Care of the Caregiver. Our speaker will be Dianne Corbin the Director of Merrimack Valley Trauma Center. We all do a great job of taking care of others. Please come and learn some great ways on how to relax, take some time for ourselves so that, we always have the ability to be there for others.
On Friday the 8th of June , 9-12:00 at the Holiday Inn in Peabody we are presenting a training on No Such Thing as a Bad Kid, presented by Charlie Applestein. Charlie has always done a wonderful job, his presentation is very informative and he has a wonderful sense of humor so you can always count on a few laughs. As this a regional training, breakfast will be served so it is necessary to register so we will have an exact count of how many people will be attending.
