Please help spread the word on our May 9th parent workshop, Caring for Ourselves~ Caring for Others. Nationally recognized parent educator, Dr. Lonnie Carton is our presenter. Dr. Carton is the author of Love Is A No Word and copies will be given to participates. Following the discussion & dinner parents/ caregivers will focus on learning techniques to reduce stress & improve health through yoga. We are all able to BEST care for children when we remember to CARE for ourselves too!
