Adoptive Families Together Presents Educational Trainings!
Adoptive Families Together (AFT) is thrilled to present some exciting educational Workshops on topics related to adoption issues. Our first training is open to anyone with a connection to adoption. Our other two trainings are open to adopted children or children in foster care and their parents.
