What’s Your Problem Anyway?
Much of children’s aggressive or hurtful behaviors derive not from an excess of meanness or hostility but from a lack of skills in solving problems nonviolently. The skills of social problem solving can be learned so that win-lose power struggles are minimized or when power struggles do surface, the intensity is managed effectively.
