All children in foster care are eligible for free lunches.
Fill out the form from the school with the child as a family of one with "0" income.
DO NOT give your income or your social securtity nuumber. This info is not needed.
If the school has any questions, Carla is able to explain regulation.
Sidenote - all foster children are eligible for WIC up to the age of 5.
