Hello Everyone,
Attached is the form for foster youth attend college or post-secondary school that is Title IV eligible (they receive FAFSA financial aid). This is for foster youth aging out of C&P custody, regardless if they have signed on. This can possibly be a large amount of money (historically $6000/year) from the Dept. of Higher Ed.. Please Please, if you have a youth entering college or training program that accepts FAFSA aid, please have them fill this out as soon as possible. The deadline is July 1, 2011. They can be faxed directly to Tim O'Brien 617-748-2156 at DCF Central, Adolescent Services Unit.
