Deadline is July 1^st so please have your foster youth aging out via C&P that are attending Post-secondary colleges (trainings at colleges may apply)

Attached is the 2015-2016 Foster Child Grant Application. Please use this moving forward for any youth attending school for the 2015-2016 academic year. If you have submitted one already with last year's form, it will not be accepted and they will need to complete a new one. These forms will also be available on the W drive and the DCF website- Adolescent Services.
