To make things as easy as possible when accessing the OneSight program here are some specifics:

OneSight provides a free pair of glasses which in most cases are made that same day. You will need to bring a valid eyeglass prescription with you.

You do not need an appointment to come in for glasses but you do need to have the OneSight referral in hand. Best times to come in to the store are Sun 11-6 and M-F 10-9, be sure to mention to the LensCrafters associate that you have a OneSight referral when first approached.

Free Eye Exams are also provided when the child does not have a valid prescription for glasses and/or they do not have insurance coverage for eye exams. MassHealth does cover exams but if the prescription has expired prior to the child's eligibility for a new exam they can be seen. You do need to have an appointment for the exam. The referral needs to be sent in first and then the office will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Referral can be faxed ahead of time to Judy at 978-531-4760, I recommend calling to verify its there before coming in when just coming for glasses.

If you have any trouble with prescription or eye exam issues you can email Heather at peabodyeyeassociates@gmail.com or call Judy at 978-531-9440.
