| Dear Carla, Thank you for becoming a Referral Partner for the 7th annual Belle of the Ball. We're looking forward to working with you and creating a wonderful and memorable experience for the girls. Here are a few details to remember to help make the process go smoothly: - The Boutique will take place Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Simmons College from 10 am to 4 pm.
- All referral forms are due by March 31, 2011 and can be faxed to 1-800-251-7786 or 617-471-1504. Sophomore, Junior and Senior High School girls who are unable to afford a prom gown are eligible to participate.
- All participants will be notified of their scheduled time to "shop," prior to the boutique.
- As a referral partner, you will also be notified of the scheduled time. Since space is limited, we appreciate your efforts to confirm the attendance of the girls.
- Girls must be accompanied by an adult and will have the opportunity to shop with a personal shopper for a prom gown as well as shoes and prom jewelry.
Please do not wait until the end of the month to fax referral forms. We want as many girls as possible to attend the Belle of the Ball boutique and it is helpful to process them throughout the month.
