Subject: College Advising for Foster Youth
Hello Everyone,
Kristen Quinlan (Education Training Worker from DCF Adolescent Services Unit) and I will be hosting a College Advising for foster youth (social workers, foster parents and providers are welcome too) at the Cape Ann Office (Salem) DCF Office on - Monday June 16, 2014, 10am-12pm in the foster care review room. This is especially important for foster youth just starting college or training programs. If you have a foster youth soon to be or already enrolled in college or training program, please strongly encourage them to attend. Feel free to send out the attached flyer.
If you have foster youth living near Lowell or Haverhill, there are two other dates:
Lowell DCF Office- Wednesday June 11, 2014, 10am-1pm
Haverhill DCF Office- Wednesday June 25, 2014, 10am-1pm
